Antiquing on Super Bowl Sunday.

Hello! Thanks for dropping in! Today I want to show you a few pics from some of my favorite local antique stores that I frequent (...ok, stalk) here in my neck of the woods. The three stores I am featuring are located in Agoura Hills, CA.  I think I may have to split this into two or three posts, judging by all of the pics I'd like to share...

First, I will start with a store that I worked in for a few years almost a decade ago. It is a fabulous store filled with amazing things, and shopped by a variety of clients, including movie set designers, celebrities, interior decorators, and people (like me,) who love to hunt through antique stores looking for that special "something".

Here are some of the fun things I spotted...

 They have a big room full of lotions, potions, and candles. It's a great go-to spot to find a last minute gift when not sure what to get a girl who has it all. It smells amazing in there!

 Right now they have a beautiful display of sea shells, sea glass items, and a fabulous Buddha.

 Great old sign, and a cool mix of masculine looking items.

 Loving the vintage seltzer bottles, and old crate! Want it!

 Cool lampshades! Bad pic quality! Oops. Sorry. *Note to self* Need to remember to bring real camera, not just the iPhone!

 I just love these No. 1, 2, and 3 wire baskets! 

 Ok, this is a terribly blurry picture, but I had to show it, because I have NEVER seen anything like this! It is a really cool antique french iron SAFE! Shhhaaahhh!!! Details on tag below.

 You know I can't make it through an antique store without shopping the ironstone!

 Check out this INCREDIBLE European apothecary cabinet. *Swooning*!!

 Love the more industrial look of this metal cabinet as well!! Oh, so many fabulous things!

 I almost bought this vintage quail print. Just could not figure out where I would put it!

 Pretty vignette on a mirror, serving as tray.

 I loved these peacock dishes! Aren't they pretty for fall? *sigh* I have a dish addiction.

 Beautiful old cabinet, and love the signs hanging above it!

 You KNOW I love all things French!

 Tray full of vintage pocket watches. Very cool display idea.

Neat wire baskets. I looked high and low for this exact thing a few weeks ago, and settled on something else to hold magazines in my loo. Wouldn't you know it? As soon as I stop looking, there they are! Isn't that always the way?
