Frugal Friday. This week's thrifty finds.

Hey everyone! I am finally feeling like myself again, and I am back to share my fun thrift store finds for this week.

I usually hit multiple stores, and try and do so in one morning or afternoon.  I found some great stuff this week...

Like this sweet little bird. He was calling to me. And for $2.99, why not?
He is perched on a set of old books I bought about 6 months ago for $10.
I really need to update with new artwork above the mantle, but I like my old clock plaque too.
I found a bunch of old books for $1.49 each, and vintage green leather bookends for $5.99 for the set.

This vintage glass globe was marked 99 cents, but it was half off! So cute!
I also was able to find some ironstone this week to add to my collection. $2.29 for the platter, and the little pedestal cup was 99 cents.
The platter is Johnson Bros. English. Plain, but nice.
Cute little glass shaker. 99 cents!
Here is is with some crystal decanters I found a couple of months ago for $5 bucks each! One was missing a stopper, so I added one from pottery barn.
I am in the process of working on filling these shelves, since the hubs got me this new Bose sound dock for Christmas. I removed the old mini stereo I had in there before. Now there's room to fill.
This is my favorite frugal find of the week. It is an old desk lamp. I LOVE her!
I found it at a consignment shop for $59. Worth every penny, in my opinion! It is just what I have been looking for to sit on my desk.

  2. Sherry- Thank you, and thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment. I popped over to yours, and I love what you did with the old iron chairs. They look so cute holding the pansies.
Hope you find some fun goodies tomorrow!
